attempted recovery

Wednesday, I called Jim, but he was gone for the morning and afternoon. I did finally get him later in the day and asked him to overnight the item and possibly the camera. He will look tomorrow. I also called another neighbor, asking her to send some small items in another package but not overnight. After the muffins provided for breakfast, we took a walk to the Opryland Hotel. It was about a mile walk but the morning was very pleasant. The hotel is very luxurious, featuring a huge indoor atrium. We had been there 20+ years ago but this place had been nearly tripled in area. It was now big enough that we were able to take a gondola ride around in a manmade canal. We returned to the motel where we shared a stromboli we had bought in one of the many restaurants in the hotel. We also shared some of the cottage cheese we were trying to finish off. Then we took a much needed nap before finishing off the pork and dressing we had brought with us. We walked around the area some more before retiring. Evelyn needs more fiber than the muffins offer so we walked to the nearby McDonald’s to get her a parfait for tomorrow’s breakfast. We also bought some ice cream from Bob Evans next door.
