Worship and Mexico

Sunday another day of blessing. Stan and Linda worshipped with us as did 72 others. I can’t believe how faithful God is. He continues to bless us with growing numbers. One extra blessing was that the Trailblazers sang for us. We also enjoyed the Holy Communion with our Lord’s Body and Blood. We didn’t stay for the Bible study but came home and went back to bed. None of us is totally well and losing an hour of sleep last night didn’t help. (Daylight savings time began.) We slept until around noon and dressed to go to Mexico. We walked across the bridge and I had a young man shine my boots. We went on the Arturo’s for lunch. We had enchilada and Linda had fajitas but was not feeling well enough to eat them. We walked around and bought 4 bottles or Kahlua for Shirley! We returned home and the ladies went to bed while Stan and I went to the grocery for some drinks for them. We returned and watched Purdue men beat Michigan and the Purdue women beat Illinois to win the Big Ten Tournament. The men then took naps and felt better. We had popcorn and a sandwich and then talked with Emily for a while before watching “Memphis Belle”, the story of a bomber in WWII. I like the movie but much of the beginning is a documentary. We will have a more structured day tomorrow.
