Friday we scrubbed the luggage from last week’s trip because it was very hot and windy today. They dried out by the afternoon when we returned from our work at the hospital. On our way we had gone to 3 local restaurants to get gift certificates to give away at next Friday’s dance. We got 3 and still have next week to find more. I am supposed to see if we can get some Mexican beer at a discount since that is the theme. We rested about an hour after working and then went to the Stock show grounds for the beer and barbecue dinner. We volunteer there too and this is their way of thanking us. We had a good time sitting with people we know from Immanuel Lutheran where I used to work. We came home so Evelyn could go to bed. She didn’t get to sleep until after 3 last night, and I am concerned for her.
