Another Wednesday

We had a foggy morning before going to volunteer at the hospital. After eating, Evelyn went to the local cosmetology college for a permanent while I went to carry snacks to people recovering from surgery or a colonoscopy. This will be our final service until we return next April. Evelyn’s adventure took an hour and a half longer than she had anticipated. The students have to interact with the teachers frequently, and the teachers have many students to supervise. When she returned at 3:30, we came home. While she rested I went outside and cut down our Sylva plants. After supper we watched some programs I had recorded. I also checked about how to get my free 7 upgrade on my new computer. I have to search for my receipt tomorrow. I called and learned that Best Buy, the store where I bought the computer, will charge $40 to load it in. I don’t think I like dealing with them because I was led to believe they would do it as a free upgrade. It has been delightfully cool lately and is great sleeping weather. Open the windows and snore away!
