Barely making weight
Evelyn is having trouble sleeping again, so she slept a bit later. We went to walk around 10 and then went to get my medicine and go to the hospital to weigh ourselves. Evelyn thought she could go to Weight Watchers for this month. She brought me home and went to be weighed. She barely stayed under her target weight. We had discussed buying a Roadtrek to use in the summer. There is one just below Greenville that we could go down to see, but Evelyn was unwilling to go to the neighbor’s to use her phone to make a toll free call. Therefore, I am bowing out of the search. It was her idea in the first place. After lunch I went to the golf course with Marty, the next door neighbor. I was 2 over par after the first 5 holes and then had a monumental meltdown. I didn’t even break a hundred. We finished the final hole in a gentle rain and came home. I relaxed for a while and then had supper. Evelyn had worked all afternoon on more things for her meeting tomorrow morning. I will make omelets for her ladies group. We went to choir, taking some of the supplies for tomorrow with us. We came home and cleaned up the kitchen before going to work on the computer. How about a wonderful God who delivers the Chile miners! It was heartwarming to see so many of them fall to their knees and thank their merciful Savior.
