We went to Sunshine in Harlingen to meet the renters and see if things were OK. They weren't. The water heater was not working. We looked around for a way to turn it on but couldn't. They were very understanding, and I said I would talk last year's renters to find out what they knew. We stopped at the Cingular store on the way home to check to see whether Cingular had coverage in Waynesville, NC. While waiting, I called DeHavens and they told me of a switch on the sink that controls the water heater. We came home and practiced for the fast walk in the Encore Games. That is a series of contests between members of the Encore parks in the Valley. We took a nap and then dressed to go to dinner at Olive Garden with Joe and Bonny. We had such a confusion in our payment method that we ended up paying nothing. We will go with them to a steak barbecue tomorrow evening and will give Joe $20 for our dinner this evening. I can't even figure out how it happened that we didn't pay. I just hope that Joe and Bonny will find this as confusing and amusing as I do.
