The Last Supper

Enjoyed another sick sleep-in. I just can't seem to get enough rest. I am taking coricidin, ibuprofen and expectorant cough medicine in addition to the regular fistful. I worked on a letter to the church committee here at Southern Comfort and laid around until about 11:00. I cleaned up and went to the bank to deposit the rent deposit on the motor home for next season. When I returned, we had a great salad and some Ramen noodle soup for lunch. I walked to Knapp for a volunteer orientation meeting but no one else was there. The director gave me three videos and some reading material and said to come to serve with Evelyn Wednesday. So I turned around and walked home. Evelyn left shortly thereafter to have an ultrasound. She returned quicker than I had because she had not been given complete instructions which included fasting. She will have her exam on Monday at 10:00. We took a nap and got ready to go to the Seder meal at Immanuel. The secretary called and asked us to take a woman and her granddaughter to the meal because they live on our way. The meal was probably as good as it could be in the setting we had. It was not very spriritual, however, even though it featured Holy Communion. We took the people back and came home. I had to write this and then go to bed. I got a call from Jamie asking me to not send anything to Jim. I had called and asked for his mailing address.
