pain and a cold

Sunday was our final worship for the year in NC. I was up early even though I had not slept deeply. I think I am catching a cold. I worked on the computer until Evelyn wakened. She called my attention to the time, and I realized that the alarm clock had automatically reset for daylight saving time. We still had time to make it to church. We gave the pastor’s wife one of our coupon books. We had decided to use a coupon to go to the Waynesville Country Club for lunch. We enjoyed it and then returned home. We went to bed and slept for an hour before going to walk around the lake. I had not felt good after church but the nap and the walk made me feel better. I continued loading the trailer for a while but Evelyn had to rest some more. I decided to make an egg and onion sandwich instead of popcorn. We have many things that we have to get rid of so I ate some squash and cornbread. I also ate a piece of chocolate cake that Doris had brought for us. My right thigh muscle began to hurt, and I had to stop bringing items in from the deck. We watched some football and some CSI before going to bed early.
