More cleaning

Friday was a beautiful day for our walk. We went to the local credit union to buy tickets for tomorrow’s Balsam Range concert. They were sold out. We went on to the library to find the address of another outlet, called them and learned that they were sold out too. We were already downtown so we went to a Christian bookstore we didn’t know was there. It was large and beautiful. Evelyn wanted to see if she could get some Beth Moore DVDs in German. They could only direct her to another source. We came home and continued cleaning after lunch. I vacuumed the floors and Evelyn mopped the tile portions. We were both tired and took a nap. I had done much composing of blogs in an effort to catch up. We didn’t eat any supper but dressed to go usher at the local civic theater. The play was “Buddy” based on the life of Buddy Holly a rock singer in the 50s. He was killed along with the Big Bopper and Richie Valens, other rock singers. It was good as are most of the productions at HART. We are always amazed at the depth of talent in this area. We returned home and I watched the news and snacked. I must stop doing that or I will regain all the weight I lost on the cruise. It was a very cool evening, forcing Evelyn to add another blanket to keep her warm.
