Doped up

I had some heartburn during the night about 3, so I got up to take some Mylanta. In addition, my legs had been aching, so I got a bottle of what I thought to be Tylenol. When I got to a light to check, I found it was some of Evelyn’s sleep aid. When it was time to get up at 7:30, I was too dopey to get up. Evelyn went to exercise, and I finally was able to drag myself out of bed at 10. We dressed and went to volunteer at the hospital. We had our volunteer’s lunch and went to the 6th floor. We are to take snacks to patients but didn’t take 1 thing to anyone until we were dismissed at 2. I was unable to get on line using the hospital WIFI, so I called an IT guy, but he couldn’t work it out either. He said he would talk with the department manager and help me next time we were there. We came home and Evelyn napped while I read emails and watched the Cubs game. She decided that it was too cold to go out to the two different options, so we decided to stay home and watch a movie. We will have enough time outdoors tomorrow anyway.
