We know Bo

We went to the Rec center late this morning.  We were told we should not use the same equipment 2 days in succession, so we just walked and rode some stationary bicycles.  We were home for lunch by noon.  While Evelyn heated the gumbo we had brought from Texas, I watered our plants outdoors.  I really loved the gumbo.  We then showered and rested in the afternoon.  I went to Gene’s to get the new smoker he sold to me.  They were cleaning out a building and found it.  It had been used only once, but they didn’t want it.  They sold it to me for $10.  We watched a documentary on Bo Jackson, probably the greatest athlete of our age.  It was great to see some of his feats and realize how humble he is.  I got a call from the hospital today saying I might be able to drive the golf cart at the fitness center on Tuesday afternoons.  Evelyn and I will likely be able to volunteer this season.
