1/2 of the AARP class
Thursday I walked and Evelyn exercised. I then borrowed a DVD player to put in the room where I hold the AARP driver safety classes. Don came and hooked it up and I arranged the tables for the class. We ate lunch of some delicious gumbo Evelyn had made. MMMMMMMMM! I then went to the class which ran from 1-5. I finished on time to my surprise because the first day usually goes a bit over. I drove the golf cart because I have much to take to the first class. A strange thing happened: a man who says he teaches driver training at some college asked to sit in on the class. I agreed because I thought he must be someone higher up and had come to evaluate me. As it turned out he wasn’t but did have plenty to say. Most of it was not needed. I returned the DVD player and came home for supper. We both went to Bible studies segregated by gender. Mine last an hour and Evelyn’s lasts two. I came home and completed some of the paperwork that I have for the class and then entered a contest on line. We watched the news as usual and went to bed.
