Sad football Saturday
We were up and planting our garden in the morning. I also called to ask the Winstons if we could park our trailer at their place for the winter. They said yes. When we finished the garden, I began cutting down the cactus in the back but stopped after 3 wheelbarrow loads. We then rushed off to WalMart for some Roundup and a hose nozzle. Evelyn also wanted to make a picture for Louiseās retirement party. It is a picture of our trip to Australia in 2005. We rushed home to see the Purdue/Michigan State football game. Purdue almost won and played well. I then began working on the sermon for the first Sunday in Advent. We invited the Froments over for dinner and served Luky Fogels, a type of hamburger. Afterward we played Sequence until almost 10. I never did take the trailer to Winstons. Perhaps tomorrow. We also learned that our family in California will be moving to Dayton, Ohio. Pieder is taking a job there. That means that they will be only 400 miles from us during the summer.
