south of the border

We were up working outside again in the morning. We wanted to work in the cool, mosquito free morning. We also wanted to go to Mexico to get some beer, Bailey’s Irish Creme, pedicures and some medicine to help Evelyn sleep. The medicine was unavailable, but the others were. We would have liked to go with our neighbors but things didn’t work out. I would like to get to know them better. We were home by 12:30 and ate lunch. I wanted to eat in Mexico, but Evelyn is always uneasy even though we have done it several times over the years without incidence of death or illness. We worked on cleaning the porch even though we had paid a park worker to do it. I also began working on unloading the trailer. The worker returned and did some work on the porch ceiling that should have been cleaned earlier. We picked some pecan meats out of some shells and watched some football in the evening. It was very pleasant and cool after being 87 during the day.
