Football party

We put the finishing touches on the party and then waited for the guests. Tom and Luann were first, followed by Gary and Linda. Phil and JoAnn were last. Ramseys were ill and didn’t come. The game began and was over within 2 minutes. Ohio State was far too good for Purdue and won the game 49-0. We had many appetizers—boudin, Rotel/Velveeta dip, etc. At halftime we ate the chili Evelyn had made as well as the brownies and pecan/apple pie. Everything was delicious, and everyone had a good time. They were all gone by 5. I then tried to change the oil. I drove the car upon to the ramps and tried to loosen the plug to the oil pan but couldn’t. The technician at Kia of Ashville had tightened it too much. I remember asking the manager to make sure that it was not tightened too tightly. I finally gave up and came in. It was now around 7. I had drunk a bit too much and felt sleepy. I went to bed at 7 and slept until 10. I was too hot and went to the living room to try to go back to sleep. I was there until about 1 and went back to the bedroom for the rest of the night.
