postponement

Off to another “week” of work. I called Shirley and cancelled Thursday’s golf date because we can’t play at Waynesville Country Club on her coupon until after 4. The problem is that we have to usher at 6:10. Instead we will play at Lake Junaluska at 3, paying the regular price. Work was usual, nothing much happened. We were busy for a long time, at least at the drive through. Evelyn came around 10:30 after she walked and got herself a crispy chicken crunch wrap for her lunch. I had the same. She came for me at 2:30 and brought me home. We rested and then had a meffelato sandwich she had made and some Norwegian summer fruit soup for dessert. We then planted a flower and watched The Pink Panther. People who have never seen the originals might find it humorous but we were rather bored with it.
