doctor and motor homing
We had to get up and go to the doctor on Monday. Since we were going to take the coach to sell, I just drove it. I learned that I need a bone density test tomorrow. I don’t know why but I will do it. We also have other tests later in the season. Evelyn needs blood work in January. She followed me in the car to La Feria and we agreed to accept $35,000 for the coach. We want to sell the Saturn with it but don’t know if anyone will be interested. I honestly believe it will sell, but the Lord will have His way. We came back and drove around the new outlet mall. It is really big and beautiful. We went on to the bank and cashed our rewards check from CitiBank. We will likely not get another because they have lowered the rebate percentage so we will use a more friendly card. They will notice a drastic difference. We had a delicious spinach salad for lunch, and I continued trying to find a place for our extra items. I also set up our little fold-up bicycles and put a for sale sign on them. I pumped up the large bicycle tires too and we took a ride later in the afternoon. Evelyn was in the kitchen making salad dressing and fresh pica de gallo--some hot for me and some mild for her. That is a time consuming dish to prepare. We took our ride and came home for dinner of smoked country style ribs we had brought from NC. We then watched the classic film, On the Waterfront and then some Monday night football. I also loaded the recyclables into the car so I can take them tomorrow when I go to the doctor.
