Attempting to solve the problem
I was awake from 2 AM past 3:30 thinking and praying about what to do. I seemed to hear a voice saying make the visit. I finally went to sleep and got up for work. It was a bit more pleasant today. I made a call to Clayton, and he gave me some ideas about changing some of our holdings into gold and international health care. Our country has some serious problems on the horizon if the Chinese take their money out of the country’s economy. Gold might be more precious than ever if that happens. He will send papers to allow the purchase of bullion. I came home at noon and we had some lunch before my cleaning up and taking a nap. I really slept hard for an hour, then we got up, took some recycling materials to the site, picked up my Toprol from the pharmacy, returned home for the dessert we had forgotten for the potluck, and returned to church with a checkbook to pay for the hymnals we bought. We had a good study of the Lutheran confessional articles, emphasizing the differences between the Roman church and ours plus some differences with the Anabaptists and reformed churches. I sent an e-mail asking that we meet in Georgia Thursday morning. I will take off work Thursday and Friday. The Cubs lost and the Brewers were winning at this writing.
