Museum and basketball

Tuesday Phil and I picked up my friend from Skatchewan to play golf at mid-valley. We began at 8 and finished at 10:30 My score was not terrible but I had too many high holes mixed with 2 pars. I had borrowed a set of clubs for Phil so he didn’t have to rent them. We came home and went to Edinburg looking for a good Mexican restaurant and the Museum of South Texas History. We took a while and finally found a very good restaurant and Phil enjoyed his last Mexican food meal with us. We then went to the museum. It was one of the best we have toured and we have toured many. We were there for about two hours and went to get the car washed. We returned home earlier than anticipated. We enjoyed a meffelato sandwich Evelyn had made for supper. We watched the IU/Purdue basketball game. Purdue lost but I am not discouraged. They still have an excellent chance to win the Big Ten. They also are learning how to compete. We must remember that they are mostly freshmen and sophomores. We went to bed early because I have to arise at 3:30 to take Phil to the airport.
