Hot day

We walked before church, dressed and drove to Emmanuel Lutheran in Asheville. Our former pastor Greene preaches there on Sundays. We made plans to go with him and his wife Lisa to pick blueberries next Tuesday after which she will come here to help me prepare my new computer. We then went to an Italian restaurant that we have BOGOF coupons for and were delighted. We, as usual, had at least 2 meals left over and brought them home. We had thought we might go to a musical performance at 3 but were both too tired. We took a nap instead. I tried to work on my new computer but found few instructions. Perhaps Lisa can help me straighten things out on Tuesday. We stayed home in the AC because it was quite hot this afternoon. Perhaps we will get some rain early this week. I have had to water the plants for the past 3 days but prefer rain water. We had a light supper and then watched a family movie, “Tuck” on the Soap channel. I didn’t know there was such a channel. Most of the advertising was for Soap Operas coming this next week. We have some errands to run this next week and some volunteering.
