in a handbasket

It is truly a strange age in which we live.  Just before we left Texas, a show we watch featured an episode in which 2 men (married to each other) were concerned about getting a kidnapped son of theirs back from kidnappers.  Tonight the show that spawned it featured a male married couple who were separated by one of their being murdered.  During to the episodes a commercial announcement showed 2 women adopting a deaf girl, telling her “We are your new mommies.”  DWTS and the NFL celebrate being leaders in featuring an openly practicing Sodomite.  Our Supreme Court is debating on legalizing same sex marriage in our land.  We should all be praying for these people to recognize that Christ loves them and would like them to accept His forgiveness.  He wants each of us to love and serve Him and the escalator to Heaven—and avoid the handbasket.
