Landscaping to sell

Up and off to wake the body. We met at the park meeting and then came home to shower. We had decided to go to Harlingen today to talk to the renters about buying the unit. When we arrived we had to look around the park to find them. We finally found Rita who said she thought they were not. She did, however, tell us that an open house would be held Saturday, and she would be happy to prepare the house for us if we wanted to be involved. We went immediately to the office where we talked with the on site real estate agent and entered the “house walk.” Evelyn decided we should do some improving of the curb appeal of the unit. We went off to Appleby’s for lunch and had their special that offers an appetizer, an entree and a dessert for $13.99. We also had a card that entitled us to a free meal because we had purchased 10 before. As usual we shared the meal and left very satisfied. We went to Hobby Lobby and Wal-Mart looking for some brown blanket binding for the blanket Noah wants to replace the second one he has outgrown. We had to settle for red. We then went to a local nursery and took a young man back to look at the unit and suggest some plants for us. He will plant them and landscape the place tomorrow or Wednesday. It will cost more than $300 and we need to paint the ramp to the Texas room. We came home and went to the channel 5 TV to arrange a tour for the Ladies Leisure. Evelyn set it up for March 2 in the afternoon. We came home and planted the double hibiscus to replace the one we let freeze during the 109 year snow. We had bought it at the same time we arranged the landscaping. We had some chili for dinner that we had made in North Carolina. We also started some tortilla soup using chicken we had also bought in North Carolina. Things get hidden behind other things in freezers. We spent the night at home but did walk to the outback to sign up for Saturday’s golf lunch. I signed up to play golf with the park on Wednesday morning. If I make it, it will be the second time this season.
