Traveling to Williamsburg.

Tuesday was a travel day. We left Greensboro about 9 and stopped at a truck stop for milk because we had no milk. We bought some very expensive milk, ate cereal, and drove to near Burlington, NC where we stopped at a Wal-Mart for supplies. I bought some notebooks for the boys and told them they had to complete an entry about the trip to the Guilford Court House yesterday before they could have lunch. They did their job and we stopped at a rest area again to enjoy shaved chicken sandwiches for lunch. We drove on toward VA because I thought gasoline might be a bit cheaper there. We still don’t know but will find out tomorrow when we go to Jamestown. We drone on around Richmond and to the reserved RV site. It is a Christian retreat center and is large but a bit primitive. It does have a very nice swimming pool and the Beeli boys swam. Peter could not find his swimming suit so he sat with us. Evelyn made beef and noodles served over potatoes for dinner. Noah wanted to make a fire and did a good job of it. He wanted to make Smores but found no takers. Andrew and Peter played a short game of Monopoly. We called the parents after 9 and talked about fun we have had. We then watched “Castaway”.
