Monday the 13th!

We got up but didn’t walk. We wanted to get to the WW meeting before 8. Unfortunately, Evelyn had misread her note because it opens at 8 on Tuesdays. So we went back to find out that I don’t need to have a blood draw for several weeks. The lack of taking Crestor won’t make a difference for that long. We went back to town to take Evelyn to the dermatologist. He was mildly alarmed that the wound he had made was not healing fast enough and gave her a prescription for an antibiotic and advised getting a different kind of band aid. We stopped at WW to learn that she had gained weight and caused alarm. We went on to WalMart to fill the prescription, buy some items to send to Ghana with the LWML, and get some groceries. We stopped at the golf course to change the Tee time for tomorrow, at the post office to buy some post card stamps, and came home to eat lunch of no nuthin soup. We had also made an appointment at the local beauty college for Evelyn to get a permanent. She spent most of the afternoon there. She came home and we went back to walk. I made a deal. I would go walk with her if she would ride around the Iron Tree Golf Course with me. She agreed. I played until 8 but not a full 18. I know Evelyn gets tired and bored although she always takes reading material, so I just quit early. We came home and had a late light supper before retiring. I did use Touch of Grey on my hair before going to bed. Oh, yes: nothing bad happened on the 13th.
