Merry Christmas

We slept in this morning even though Evelyn said she was going to exercise. The alarm sounded but we went back to sleep. I tried to figure out how to send some pictures as an attachment to an e-mail. I was unsuccessful even though I tried until noon. We got ready and went with our neighbors to our Christmas dinner at Lin’s Chinese Buffet. The woman who plans this venture always makes it very festive. I led the prayer, we ate and then introduced ourselves. We also sang Christmas carols before coming home. We were both tired and took a nap. I worked on the service for a while and tried to get our satellite problem resolved. I called DISH twice and spent much time working with them In the end, they had to call a technician to come out tomorrow morning. The transponder was probably blown ary during a recent high wind. We invited the neighbors on our east to come for eggnog and cookies. He is an recovering alcoholic and she is allergic to chocolate. We had a nice visit anyway. They left and we watched some of the news because the local channels are working for some reason. I finished this and went to bed. The Beelis are at the Grand Canyon and may be stuck for a while because their rental truck is not running properly. We pray things work out so they can get to Dayton in time for Pieder to go to work.
