Preparing for Easter dinner
We slept late and then went for a long bike ride. We didn't ride hard but did ride about an hour. I had wanted to go to Jack in th Box for a breakfast bowl, but we weren't home until 10:30 and Evelyn wanted to finish the quiche we had last night. Of course, we had quiche along with a piece of the filet mignon whe had not eaten a couple of nights ago. I continued packing the trailer by boxing up some of the liquor and vanilla we had bought for friends in the north. I didn't have enough boxes with dividers and had to wait until the afternoon to get some from a local liquor store. Evelyn spent most of the afternoon baking and cooking for tomorrow's dinner while I practiced the message. We also went to help set up and decorate the tables for tomorrow. When finished we went to get some more milk (ours had spoiled)and also got the box and a large order of French fries from McDonalds. We ate them and a piece of chicken left from last Sunday when I bought a bucket. I booked some shore excursions for us on the computer while watching Butler beat Michigan State in the NCAA semifinals. We then took a walk and I went to bed quite early because we must arise at 5:45 AM.
