Trip recuperation

We arose later than usual and walked the lake. I have been having the strangest trouble with my back. It doesn't hurt when I walk but shoots pain when I just stand wrong. I have no idea when it will strike so every move is an apprehension. We came home and had lunch. I took a look at our American flag which had somehow fallen while we were gone. I wonder if there was a violent wind we never heard about. I doubt that I can fix it because a hard plastic piece is broken. I will try super glue but have had no success in the past. Evelyn worked on the dessert for tomorrow's block party, and I began thinking about the sermon I will bring on the 25th. Writing sermon's is hard work because it requires waiting for the Lord to reveal what He wants said. I guess it would help if I listened more closely. We went to choir practice and discussed discontinuing attendance because we will be gone all but two Sundays until we leave for the winter. We went to the grocery and bought many things to replace the items we had left in the motor home. We watched some TV, and I was excited to catch the last episode of LOST that I had missed.
