dinner out
Monday was back to work. There is still no hose outside so I can’t do that part of my job. I had to stay a bit past 12 and then we came home for leftovers from the weekend. I checked to see if Pastor Crume had answered my e-mail from last night but found nothing. He may have missed it or be ignoring it. We will see him tomorrow evening at the Bible study and perhaps will get an appointment for next week. I had called the retired pastors/golfers and made a plan to play with them next Wednesday. I think I will work the other four days. I went to a meeting at the Open Door to discuss the gift that OSLC plans to give them from the profits of the German dinner. As I drove, I listened to a voicemail from Perry requesting that I not come to the meeting. I went to the grocery instead and bought some incidentals. I did leave him a voice mail asking him to enumerate things the Open Door needed. I came home and watched some of the Cubs game on Gameday. Evelyn cut my hair and then rested for our dinner with Ribbes. It was good and we played Sequence together until 9. We came home early so I could go to bed. We called the Waters in Rio Hondo and things are well there. Evelyn plans to go to play pickle ball at the armory tomorrow. I found out the time and cost today. It is free and the equipment is provided.
