home again

We got up quite early and began our drive. We drove for a couple of hours and stopped for breakfast. We drove on until lunch time and then I took a shower and a nap. We passed up some gasoline at Corbin to wait for Middlesborough but lost in the gasoline price game. We filled up anyway and went on so we could get home before dark which we did. We were able to park in front of our house and take out our laundry including the linen from the bed. We had dinner and did a couple of loads of laundry. The new receiver for the Dish network and the new Oreck vacuum had arrived, and I tried to activate the new receiver but had to call for help. I talked with some young man who was probably in Weslaco although he was not allowed to tell me where he was. I thought I had it solved but when we hung up the receiver stopped making progress. I will have to call them back tomorrow after nine. I watched some of the football game and CSI Miami before turning in.
