Visit with Mom

We got up and packed up the motor home, dressed for church, and drove to University Lutheran for worship. We left there and began the drive home. We went to Logansport and stopped to eat a salad and soup for lunch. We changed into travel clothes and Evelyn took a nap. We went on to Berne to have dinner with Mom. We also enjoyed playing Crazy Eight with her. She needs some help but is still able to do enough right to win. While we were there, Swiss Village featured an organ concert from the First Mennonite Church there in Berne. We thought Mom might enjoy it since she once played the organ. After a couple of numbers, she announced, "I bet he is not married!" This response was confusing so we asked why she said that. She opined, "No woman could stand to listen to that!" She was quite inciteful. We drove back to Decatur to dump and fill with water. I hope we won’t have to do that again until we leave for Purdue next Friday. We came back to Kelley’s and hooked up for the week. I could not get much TV reception and was hesitant to try to hook it up myself because I might blow something up inside. I will try to find someone tomorrow who knows how to do it.
