Waiting for visitors

We got up and began to unload the motor home. I wanted to get it moved before Sandy came home. She thinks it causes her a problem in driving into her drive. We continued doing laundry and folding the clothes, some of which we need to put back into the motor home. I also looked at one of the compartment doors that had rotted a bit. I dug out the wood and will have to replace it. I moved the coach over to Michael’s parking area where he said we could park it for a few days. We drove to the library and stopped at Lowes on the way. We finally used up all the money on our “gift” card. While at the library, I forgot to publish my blog. I did remember to e-mail the young man at Purdue that had expressed interest in buying our football tickets. We will have to wait for his response. We came home and ate. All the while Evelyn thinks we will receive a call from Bob and Carrie. I think it is crazy because they will want to take some time seeing the country on the way here. Nonetheless, we waited. In the meantime, we went to the lake and did our daily walk. We came home and I grilled some hamburger patties we had bought in Peru, IN for the football game. We ate two and saved the other four for when the guests come. They didn’t call, but I did call the satellite company and got the receiver activated. I must have done something wrong but the technician led me through to success.
