new bylaws

Tuesday morning was very foggy. We stalled around until 9 and then went to walk. By the time we were half way around, it was clear. On the way home we stopped again at the landscaper who had planted some gardenias for us last summer. They look completely or mostly dead. He promised to come tomorrow morning to look at them. We came home and got ready for lunch. We had delicious gumbo again. I suggested Evelyn enter a contest with a recipe. I doubt she will. At 1 our two neighbors came to work on rewriting the bylaws for our “association”. What a nuisance! By making everyone own individual property, everyone will have to pay a lawyer $75 for deeds and another undetermined sum to make our bylaws legally binding. It took us more than two yours to make recommendations to the group that will meet tomorrow night. I watched my sports shows at 5 and we ate at 6. After that we walked around our loop twice. We had hoped to see Kathy out smoking but didn’t. We are puzzled at her not contacting us. She has been hurt but has been going to work. She knows we are here. We were very close friends with them last summer and we wonder shat is wrong. We watched some TV--Evelyn “American Idol” and I CSI and NBA playoff basketball. I also spent a great deal of time trying to register an account on line and straighten out my Juno account. We went to bed after the news.
