peaches
Tuesday we had cereal and then Evelyn went to church to get the copies made for her Bible study Thursday. She went to get her nails filled after that. I read my daily Bible entries and then did some computer work: printed the agenda for us at the LLL convention and answered some e-mail. Evelyn came home early and we prepared lunch and ate leftovers. I then peeled the last of the peaches we had bought last week. They were drawing ants on the deck. While I peeled Evelyn made a peach buckle. We will need it tomorrow night when the Bollingers come after their choir practice. I had wanted to play golf, but Evelyn didn’t want to go for 18 holes. I just tinkered in the shed, hanging things and drilling holes. She then decided to go walk around the lake, so I went along. We returned, ate supper, and walked around the loop before watching the all star game. We called Casterlines, making plans to go out for dinner after golf tomorrow. We called Jones and finalized plans for Friday’s Folkmoot parade. We called CA and learned the boys had arrived safely. We watched TV until 11 and went to bed with the ball game tied.
