Surprise change of plans

I was up at 7 but allowed Evelyn to continue sleeping. I took the key to unlock the video cabinet so the exercise group could go on. I walked around and returned home around 9. Evelyn woke but went back to sleep around 9:30. She had been awake until 1:41 Monday night. I went on to the Bible study in case someone showed up. No one did. I came home around 11 and found Evelyn awake. We had our breakfast and then lunch later. We did keep our points down. We went shopping because we needed some last minute items for our visitors and some things from Walgreen. I got gas on the way home and had the car washed in the system attached to the gas station. I don’t remember if I have ever done that before. It only cost $4.50 because the deal was 10 cents off per gallon with a wash. The machine did a good job. We came home and took a long walk around the park. I did some more review on the sermon. I called NC to confirm the arrival time of our visitors tomorrow and learned I was one day early. They won't arrive until Thursday. I would have made another dry run to the airport had I not called. It was late or I would have made golf plans for tomorrow morning.
