Winter, such as it is, has hit us today. The temperature is in the mid 50s and the wind is blowing. It has sprinkled some but nothing major. We are having guests for lunch and are serving paella--a soup made in a special way. The guests are Canadian and won't know whether it is done correctly or not. I don't either but know my wife is an excellent cook among other things.
