Busy day with the visitors

Evelyn went to exercise again and I walked. I drove to pick her up and took her to the oncologists at 8:30. I went on to the bank to cash a check. I returned a got Evelyn. Her report was good, and we went on to the Rehab center to perform with the kitchen band. From there we went to get some napkins for Evelyn’s party tonight and on to a discount paint store to get some primer for our front door. We made it to the airport at exactly the time the flight carrying our friends arrived. We picked up the ladies and offered to take them to the Iwo Jima museum, but they weren’t interested. We went out for fish for lunch and came on back to Weslaco. We stopped to get some birthday cards and came home. Evelyn fixed the baked beans for the kitchen band party and then we went to the Horseman for the winter Texan appreciation party because one of the owners had personally invited me. Also the ladies wanted to see a real Texas honkey tonk. I had 1 beer and we danced 1 dance. We returned home and went across the street to the party. I drove the golf cart to pick up one of the ladies who can’t walk far enough to the party. We had hamburgers and many carry in dishes. We took our guests too and had a good time. Evelyn had to leave around 7 to go to the LWML meeting. I watched the Purdue/Uconn basketball game. Evelyn returned blessed by the Lord as usual. The ladies who had been awake since 4:45 this morning went to bed at 9 and 9:30.
